about

This is my pitiful attempt to write a Woody Guthrie song. It fails in that respect, but I actually like what it turned into. It's about figuring out where home is, and whether home is really all that important.

lyrics

I was born on a southbound cart
Fell asleep, and now I'm here
Closed my eyes at the border
of San Diego and somewhere near

But I will die upon this train
But I will spend some time living off the tracks
And I will die upon this train
But I will spend some time before the Devil and I meet

And I will dies upon this train,
But I'll be seated in the front
Your hand in my hand
What more could a boy want?

about

Sledding With Tigers San Diego, California

We're a bunch of kids, who get mistaken for adults, making music because its fun. We play some hybrid of folk-punk-bluegrass and whatever other music we've listened to recently.
Let's play a show together.
