about

This is my love letter to the many people I have befriended because of this music "scene" we have. It's easy to feel alone or excluded in a crowd, but the people I've met have been the most wonderful people to me, this band, and everyone else.

lyrics

I’m not punk enough for punk
and I’m folk enough for folks
And I sometimes I hide my hurts with dirty jokes
But when we get together I always feel better
It’s the people that sing at shows I like the most
It’s the people that sing in crowds I like the most

Man, I lie everyday,
How you doing? “I’m okay”
So in songs I write the the words that I’m too afraid to say
So I hope you’ll sing along
As I sing this stupid song
Because its people that sing at shows I like the most
Yeah the people that sing in crowds I like the most

So thank you for being my friend
Yes thank you for being a friend
I might not always say it
but tonight, damnit I’ll sing it
Thank you for being my friend

about

Sledding With Tigers San Diego, California

We're a bunch of kids, who get mistaken for adults, making music because its fun. We play some hybrid of folk-punk-bluegrass and whatever other music we've listened to recently.
Let's play a show together.
